It's been a windy start to the week.

It will remain cool and breezy tonight with mostly cloudy skies. Overnight lows fall into the low 40s as winds weaken from the northwest.

Mostly cloudy skies stick around Tuesday. It will stay dry with lighter winds and cool temperatures. Highs top out around 60 degrees.

Temperatures stay below normal all week and unsettled conditions return for the second half of the week.

Highs will be in the 40s and 50s with lows in the 40s beginning Wednesday through the end of the week. A storm system will bring more rain and gusty winds with rain chances sticking around through the weekend.
