AUSTIN, Texas — The man accused in connection to a July shooting spree across Austin will appear in court Friday.
Charles Curry, 29, is accused of shooting and injuring three people on July 11. Police also tied him to a fatal shooting that took place at an Austin apartment complex.
According to police, on July 9, police were called to the Post South Lamar apartments. There they found the body of 32-year-old Christian Meroney.
Curry is charged with one count of first-degree murder and three counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
