A 911 operator in the City of Rochester was arrested for allegedly sending indecent material to a minor.
The suspect has been identified as Scott Fiordeliso.
The charge of disseminating indecent material to a minor is a class D felony, which carries a maximum sentence of 2 to 7 years in prison if convicted.
According to City of Rochester officials, Fiordeliso was placed on unpaid administrative leave and there is no evidence at this time that any criminal activity took place during work hours or using city resources.
