The oldest person in New York State, living right on the Canadian border in Ogdensburg.
Beulah Melocky is 111 years old.
She was born on November 26th 1906 and grew up in the Plattsburgh area.
On Wednesday friends and family came out to celebrate her accomplishment- being the oldest person in New York.
Her family travelled all the way from the capital region and re-united with her for the first time in many years.
