IRONDEQUOIT, N.Y. — Land next to the I-Square plaza in Irondequoit is likely headed for redevelopment.

The town board voted to rezone the area for mixed commercial use.

The land is expected to be used for three potential projects.

Those include senior living and a grocery store.

The next step is for the developers, Mike and Wendy Nolan, to create an application and present it to the board.

The board says it will then schedule another meeting to discuss the logistics.
