ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- The U.S. Ski and Snowboard team says member Michael Lillis died in his sleep Saturday at his home in East Rochester.

The 17-year-old was in the team's Elite Aerial Development Program based out of Lake Placid on break between pre-season training camps at the time.

The team says he was found unresponsive by his parents Saturday morning.

Michael is one of three brothers widely known for their skiing, including his older brothers Jon and Chris—both world champions.

There is no word yet on his cause of death.
