ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- The man who was riding a motorized bicycle through an intersection on Rochester's northeast side, where he was hit by a car, has died.
A family member of Frederick Leonard said he died Friday afternoon. Leonard was 50.
He was hit in the intersection of North Goodman Street and Clifford Avenue, and was taken from there to the hospital.
The incident is under police investigation.
