Charlie Richmond, 24, is charged with first degree manslaughter.

Police say officers were dispatched to Culver Road for an unresponsive child on the morning of January 1. CPR was performed and the baby girl, Arabella Richmond, was transported to URMC for treatment. She succumbed to her injuries two days later.
