A Monroe County grand jury handed down an indictment Tuesday with a slate of charges for the man accused of killing his 101-year-old neighbor.
Greg Jesmer, 54, is charged with second-degree murder, in addition to charges of luring a child and endangering the welfare of a child from a separate incident.
He's accused of killing his 101-year old neighbor, Marcia Morrison, at their Green Knolls Drive apartment complex on July 24.
He's also accused of trying to lure a 13-year old girl to his apartment on the same day that Morrison's body was found.
A Good Samaritan called police on Jesmer for the latter incident.
