SENECA FALLS, N.Y. — Seneca Falls police say a naked toddler was found outside Friday night as temperatures dropped to near zero, and that the child's parents face charges.
Police say Beth and Aaron Mangum's 2-year-old was seen walking around outside with no clothes on.
It's unclear how long the child was left outside.
The toddler wasn't hurt.
Both parents are due back in court on January 10 to answer to charges of endangering the welfare of a child.
Child Protective Services is also investigating the incident.
