Mayor de Blasio says he does not believe people in police custody can consent to sex with a police officer.

This comes as two NYPD detectives are under investigation after a woman claimed the officers raped her during a traffic stop last month.

The officers allegedly found prescription pills in the car, handcuffed her, and then brought her to a Chipotle parking lot where she claims she was raped by one of the detectives.

The detectives reportedly said the victim consented.

"I don't see how that's possible honestly," said Mayor de Blasio. "Any instance like this needs an investigation. So I'm not going to comment on a specific situation under investigation. But on a broad notion I find it very troubling"

The victim is said to have testified before a grand jury.

The two detectives and their sergeant have been placed on modified duty.
