ALBION, N.Y. -- Police in Orleans County arrested a man for selling heroin with children in the backseat of his car.
The Major Felony Crime Task force arrested 24-year-old Troy Dukes of Rochester Thursday.
Dukes was arrested by Albion Police following a traffic stop on East State Street in the Village.
He faces criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance and unlawfully dealing with a child charges.
Police say that final charge stems from having a pair of 2-year-olds in his car during the arrest.
He's behind bars on $50,000 bail.
