Five months ago Michael Walker, Baylie Rose and Samra Osmanovic left home for the last time.
"It's like we still wait sometimes to see if he'll come home," said Sonya Worley, Michaels aunt.
The three Onondaga Community College students were killed in a drunk driving crash in February.
The man accused of killing them is Anthony Saccone. Saccone was out on bail before being arrested Sunday morning. Deputies say they found him spinning the tires of a vehicle with alcohol on his breath - a clear violation of court orders.
"I kind of was like wow," Worley said. "But not too surprised because that's his character."
Following this weekend's arrest Saccone's bail has been revoked. He'll await trial at the Onondaga County Justice Center.
Worley said even though just hearing his name hurts, she's glad he's behind bars. "It makes me feel relieved, becuase my main thing is what if he does this to somebody else? I dont wish this pain on nobody."
Saccone was already scheduled to be in court Wednesday for the three counts of murder and one count of aggrivated vehicular homicide from february's crash. This weekend's arrest means he'll be right back in the courtroom the next day.
For Worley, that could mean a small amount of closure.
"All we want is Michael back and we're coming to the realization that we can't have him back. so we're just seeking justice now"
She says her family does little things to keep Michael alive in their thoughts every day.
"I love you Michael, always and forever we will never ever forget you," Worley said - speaking to Michael. "Through us, you're going to continue to live."
