Onondaga County sheriff's deputies have identified the body found in Oneida Lake. 

Deputies believe 26-year-old Patrick Cafarchio of North Syracuse drowned after his kayak flipped over near the Aero Marina in Cicero Tuesday night.

Investigators say he was fishing at the time and was not wearing a life jacket.

Medical examiners have ruled this an accidental drowning. 

Multiple agencies assisted in the investigation.
