ALBANY, N.Y. -- An Albany man faces attempted murder charges after police say he stabbed four men in the city.

Police say 25-year-old Joseph Sanchez got into a fight with the victims inside a bar near Madison Avenue and Lark Street shortly before 1 a.m. Thursday.

The fight spilled into the street, where Sanchez attacked the four men with a knife, police said.

All four of the victims were treated and taken to Albany Medical Center.

One suffered serious injuries to his stomach.
