ALBANY, N.Y. -- The mother and aunt of Richard Duckett, who killed a man in Albany last Father's Day, were sentenced for their involvement in the murder.

Both Jasmine and Brittany Mingo pleaded guilty to hindering prosecution charges.

Jasmine Mingo, who has a past criminal history, was sentenced to 1 1/3-4 years in prison. Brittany Mingo was sentenced to 6 months in jail followed by five years of probation.
