BUFFALO, N.Y. -- A 24-year-old man has died following a shooting on Buffalo's East Side Sunday afternoon.
Police say he was chased down and shot on the 1100 block of East Ferry Street.
He was listed in serious condition Sunday. His name has not yet been released.
