Western New Yorkers love their hot dogs, especially when they cost just $0.91.

To celebrate the company’s birthday, Ted’s Hot Dog locations across the region offered their deeply discounted dogs right off the grill – and they sold them by the thousands.

The chain, with nine locations across Niagara and Erie counties, estimated it would sell some 50,000 hot dogs on its customer appreciation day, commemorating the company’s 91^st anniversary.
