NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — A man accused of a double-shooting in Niagara Falls is now behind bars, facing two counts of felony assault.

David Pryor, 26 from Niagara Falls, turned himself in Wednesday morning.

Pryor allegedly shot Seth O'Harrow and Samuel Musolino after a fight on Cayuga Drive.

Harrow and Musolino then drove toward downtown. Police found them in a car with three flat tires.

O'Harrow is still in critical condition at ECMC. Musolino is stable and is expected to be released later this week.
