ORANGE COUNTY, N.C. – The Chapel Hill Police Department is investigating after a shooting occurred in the area of 260 Erwin Road Friday night.
- A man was shot near Chapel Hill Bible Church Friday night.
- Shooting occurred around 11:20 p.m.
- Their condition is unknown.
Police responded to the area around 11:20 where they found an adult male of unknown age suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
He was transported to the UNC Hospitals where his condition remains unknown.
Police believe this matter to be an isolated incident and do not believe there is an active threat to the community.
No suspects have been announced at this time.
