SPRING LAKE, N.C. -- Problems continue to mount for people who live in a Spring Lake community.

• Garden Grove mobile home park's sewer system is failing.
• Fifty people live in the community.
• Residents may have to vacate thier homes.

Residents of the Garden Grove mobile home park say they may be forced to leave due to a failing sewer system.

Nearly 50 residents have already gone without water for nearly two weeks.

Town officials say the water was shut off after the property manager did not pay the bill which totals about $60,000.

Now, with no sewer system, residents may have no choice but to leave their homes.

County staff members are providing those people with information on different housing options and assistance.
