NORTH CAROLINA – Former Vice President Joe Biden is extending his 30-city tour and is planning stops in two North Carolina cities.

Biden will be at the Durham Performing Arts Center in Durham on June 6. On June 13, he will be at the Belk Theater in Charlotte, according to a release from Live Nation. The ‘American Promise Tour’ comes after his No. 1 New York Times Bestseller  memoir titled, “Promise Me, Dad: A Year of Hope, Hardship, and Purpose.”

He will discuss, “big political moments of his career, life-altering choices he made, and the key traits that have helped him persevere through challenges,” the released stated. Guests on the tour include figures in various industries such as Tom Brokaw, Jenna Bush Hager, Stephen Colbert, Melinda Gates and Elaine Welteroth.

Tickets for the general public go on sale Friday, April 6 at 10 a.m. at LiveNation.com. Pre-sale tickets are available Tuesday, April 3 at 10 a.m.
