We are finishing off November on a warm note and the mild pattern will continue until late next week.

An approaching cold front has little moisture to work with as it crosses the state overnight, so expect an increase in clouds with little if any rain and the cloud cover will make for mild low temperatures for Friday morning.

Friday will start off with more clouds, but expect more and more sunshine as we get through the day. Highs for Friday will be in the mid and upper 60s, a little cooler than Thursday, but still well above normal.

Look for the weekend to be a bit cooler but still dry with morning lows in the upper 30s to low 40s with highs in the mid and upper 50s Saturday, warming to the low 60s Sunday.

Our next chance for rain should come around Wednesday of next week when a strong cold front moves across the Carolinas. The midweek cold front should mark the start of a colder than average weather pattern that may stick around through at least the middle of December.
