RALEIGH – The largest Christmas parade between Washington D.C. and Atlanta happens this weekend in Raleigh.
Officials with the Greater Raleigh Merchants Association say the parade starts on Hillsborough Street at Saint Mary's Street goes to the state capitol and then onto Fayetteville Street.
Many streets will be closed in the surrounding area.
The parade starts at 9:40 a.m. Saturday.
