WILMINGTON -- A Wilmington man is working to help his community by giving out refurbished bikes to people in need. Switchin' Gears only began last year, but the founder isn't pumping the brakes anytime soon. Time Warner Cable News anchor Tara Herrschaft has more on how the non-profit is impacting lives, one bike at a time.
Casteen also gives away a lock with the bike. He hopes to have their new location up and running by the end of September.
