Kenzie Hinson has been collecting food for nearly five years.
She founded the "Make a Difference Food Pantry" when she was just 10, learning that one in three children in Wayne County suffers from food insecurity.
At age 14, she's now moved her mission into a building of her own, serving meals to more than 9,000 every month.
Kenzie has even helped provide meals during recovery efforts, such as Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Matthew.
However, after Hurricane Florence, the pantry became flooded, prompting Brogden United Methodist to let her to continue her work there.
Kenzie hopes her story proves if you help someone back on their feet, they'll have yours one day.
