GREENSBORO, N.C. -- A weak cold front will slide across the Triad early Tuesday morning.

  • The front will bring a decent amount of clouds to the region and even a passing sprinkle around sunrise
  • Much cooler weather will trickle down into the Carolinas on Wednesday and Thanksgiving
  • Our next chance of rain is schedule on Saturday

The front will bring a decent amount of clouds to the region and even a passing sprinkle around sunrise. However, any rain will be very light and will quickly slide to our east by mid-morning.

After that, look for sunshine and breezy afternoon weather with afternoon highs nearing 60.

Much cooler weather will trickle down into the Carolinas on Wednesday and Thanksgiving. Highs both days will be limited into the lower 50s with morning lows falling to about freezing.  However, lots of sunshine is on tap!

Another cold front will bring an additional shot of cold air on Friday. In fact, lows Friday morning will fall into the upper 20s!

Our next chance of rain is schedule on Saturday, thanks to yet another fast moving front.  A reasonable shot of rain may occur but thanks to the front's fast movement any significant rain totals appears unlikely.
