WINSTON-SALEM, NORTH CAROLINA -- A fraternity is done at Wake Forest University after multiple violations of the school's student code of conduct.

  • School leaders closed its chapter of Delta Kappa Epsilon
  • The fraternity held an unauthorized party with a keg and repeatedly failed to follow the direction of university officials
  • The chapter won't be able to apply for recognition again until 2022

School leaders made the decision last night to close its chapter of Delta Kappa Epsilon.

This comes after they say the fraternity held an unauthorized party with a keg and repeatedly failed to follow the direction of university officials.

The organization had already been on deferred suspension from violations last year.

The chapter won't be able to apply for recognition again until 2022.
