A nice break from the recent stormy weather will last through mid-week. Drier air has arrived which means a break from the torrential rains and it also isn't quite so humid out. Temperatures on Tuesday will start in the mid to upper 60s and reach the mid to upper 80s during the afternoon. Winds will generally be from the west at 3 to 6 mph.

Wednesday will be very similar to Tuesday with little if any chance for storms. Afternoon highs will top out in the upper 80s.

Thursday will bring a slight risk for an afternoon storm but the typical summertime pattern of scattered afternoon and evening storms will hold off until Friday. The weekend will include scattered late day storms each day.
