Clouds and northeasterly winds handed our region a seasonably cool Tuesday, as high struggled to reach the 70s in most locations.  Tonight, look for those same clouds will remain across the area but no rain is expected.

A cloudy and even foggy start to Wednesday is anticipated for the Triad. However, increasing sunshine is set for the late morning and early afternoon. Meanwhile, much warmer weather will build with highs surging to near 90 by the late afternoon. Now, an isolated storm is not out of the question, especially along the VA border. Nonetheless, any shower or storm should be quit hitting.

Mostly sunny and seasonable days take hold for late week and this weekend. At this point, a few PM storms appear possible each afternoon even though most locations should stay dry.
