WILMINGTON, N.C. -- A 30-year-old man who was featured on a national television crime show appeared in a Wilmington courtroom Monday for yet another charge.

Kylen Padgett, Jr. was arrested April 9 and faced a judge for first-degree kidnapping and several probation violations.

The crime show "I Almost Got Away With It" brought Padgett's background to the public after describing his 2007 acquittal, which included attempted murder charges.

Since then, he's been charged with 127 criminal charges according to his police record.

He's being held on a more than $3,000 bond.
