GASTON COUNTY, N.C. -- A 3-month-old child has died as a result of injuries sustained when a tree fell on a mobile home.
The incident occurred in Dallas, North Carolina, around 1:30 p.m.
The mother was reportedly rushed to the hospital and is currently in stable condition.
Trees are continuing to fall across the state. Officials are urging people to stay safe.
