Eastern portions of our state will have a pretty good snow event today and tonight.
A potent low pressure system passing offshore is the culprit.
Areas along and east of I-95 may see as much as 3 to 6 inches of snow starting late this afternoon and continuing tonight.
We may see a little light snow in Anson and Richmond counties but little if any accumulation is expected.
As that low pulls away tonight we all clear out with another blast of very cold air moving in.
