IRON STATION -- One person was killed and another seriously hurt in a crash in Lincoln County Wednesday morning.

We have learned that Ideao Perez was driving along Highway 73 at around 10:30 when the accident happened.

Three other people were in the car including his daughter, Ana Perez-Ochoa, who was crowned the 2017 Apple Queen for Lincoln County. At last report, she was seriously hurt.

We’re told Ideao Perez was killed in the crash.        

No word on the other passengers’ condition.
