WORCESTER, Mass. - Worcester State University Freshman Outfielder Christopher Mondesir had a day for the record books, a game for the ages last Saturday against Bridgewater State, Mondesir went 4-4, with 4 home runs, 2 of which were grand slams and had 11 RBI in leading the Lancers to a win over the Bears, it was a day he will never forget. "Honestly that day on Saturday was surreal," said Mondesir, "I can't say I've had any other day like that before, everything just felt like it was working, everthing was flowing. I just have to thank the guys ahead of me letting that state line be able to happen, because you know you can't do it all on your own, After that first at bat you know you have those days when your swing is really going, I can't say I expected another three home runs, but I honestly felt like everything was moving the right way I was seeing the ball really well that day."
Mondesir leads the team in home runs with 8, and RBI with 32, and batting average with .385
