WORCESTER, Mass. - Halloween came early for some kids in Worcester's Great Brook Valley neighborhood.

The Worcester Housing Authority (WHA) hosted their second annual Halloween event on Wednesday.

Kids dressed up in their costumes for candy on Tacoma Street.

In addition to goodie bags, local vendors also handed out art supplies, books, and toothbrushes.

The WHA will open their new headquarters facility on Plantation Street on Monday. The offices were closed to the public for more than a year during construction of the new building.
