MEDINA COUNTY, Texas — A statewide AMBER Alert is now in effect for three Medina County, Texas, children who were last seen on Monday, Dec. 20.

The children, whom police believe were abducted by their father, were identified as Lucas Wright, 9; Ariana Wright, 8; and Jonathan Wright, 11.

Lucas is 4 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 70 pounds, has hazel eyes and brown hair and was last seen wearing green outerwear, a white undercoat and gray Adidas shoes with red bottoms.

Ariana is 4 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 70 pounds, has hazel eyes and brown hair and was last seen wearing green outerwear, a purple L.L. Bean undercoat, brown boots with a camo leaf top.

Jonathan is 4 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 80 pounds, has brown eyes and brown hair and was last seen wearing green outerwear, a bright blue L.L. Bean undercoat and gray Adidas shoes with red bottoms.

Police are looking for the children’s father, 40-year-old Jonathan Wright, in connection with their disappearance. He is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, has brown eyes and brown hair and was last seen wearing a green jacket.

According to the Media County Sheriff’s Office, the four, who are from Hondo, may be in the Rio Media area or the Castroville area. They have been known to camp out in the woods.

The four may be without shelter. The sheriff’s office said the elder Jonathan Wright is wanted on multiple out-of-state warrants and should not be approached.
