A passing upper level disturbance has brought a substantial deck of mid-level clouds across the region to start the week. That impulse is encountering a fairly dry and stable atmosphere, so precipitation is not expected beyond a few sprinkles. Monday will see highs near 70 and lows by Tuesday morning in the middle 40s.

Clouds increase Tuesday as the upper impulse passes to our north and a Pacific cold front nears the area from the west. This will moderate temperatures with highs Tuesday in the middle 60s.

A Pacific cold front arrives on Wednesday, production showers and a few storms, mainly east of the I-35 corridor. Rainfall amounts are expected to be light. Drier, but not much colder, air arrives behind the front. This will produce windy but mild conditions to finish the week.

More details are in the Seven Day Forecast.
