In the wake of a strong upper-level system, we’ll enjoy the nicest weather we’ve had in a while. North winds and sunny skies featured for Wednesday as a reinforcing surge of cooler, drier air moves into the region.

After some morning fog, look for highs to reach the lower 80s. Clear skies prevail through the overnight hours – lows Thursday morning will fall to the low 60 and upper 50s.

We’ll see highs held to the upper 70s to near 80 for Thursday and Friday. By Saturday, south winds return to bring higher humidities. A passing upper disturbance will keep a chance of showers in the forecast through the weekend along with some clouds.

Early next week, the strongest cold front so far will have us bring out the jackets and firing up the heaters.

More details are in the Seven Day Forecast.
