We're starting this brand new work and school week off with lots of sunshine, dry conditions and warmer temperatures. A breezy southerly wind over the next few days keeps daytime highs in the 80s...some of the warmest will end up in the low 90s. San Antonio will be pretty close to average today...warming up near 82, falling to 59 tonight.

A weak cold front arrives Wednesday evening with a few more clouds and a small 20% rain chance, but temperatures will change very little as we end the week. Lows are expected in the 60s with highs in the low 80s Thursday through Saturday. A stronger cold front and storm system moves in Saturday, so we'll call for a better 40% rain/storm chance. We'll end the weekend with drier and cooler conditions with lows in the 50s and highs in the 70s.

We need the rain, we're falling behind for the month and year in San Antonio, and it looks like at least 0.75 to 1.5 inches may be possible across South Central Texas over the next 7 days. Check back with us for updates!
