For Tuesday, high clouds will drift overhead resulting in mostly sunny skies. Dewpoint temperatures are in the 30s, so the atmosphere is quite dry.

With lighter winds and clear skies overnight, we’ll see some chilly temperatures for Wednesday morning – most areas will be in the middle 40s. After highs in the low 70s, warmer conditions to develop by Wednesday evening as winds return to the south.

By Thursday, increasing surface moisture will result in warmer mornings with lows climbing into the 50s. Afternoon highs will climb to the middle 70s and low 80s by the weekend. A low  chance of showers returns Thursday and lasts through the weekend as a series of weak upper level disturbances passes over Texas.
