Two more Austin neighborhoods were rocked by explosions Monday. A 75-year-old woman was injured after picking up an exploding package outside her Southeast Austin home and the chief of police confirmed the evidence suggests the bombing is related to two previous blasts from box-type deliveries that killed a teen earlier Monday and a 39-year old man 10 days ago.
