SAN ANTONIO -- For the first time in 15 years, Mark's Outing Restaurant will be hitting the road and serving up its classic burgers to customers by way of a 20-foot food truck trailer.

The trailer includes a full mobile kitchen with a prep table, grill, bun warmers, dry fryers and commercial fridge.

"It will allow us to be a little more closer [to patrons] than we are in the building," said Mark Outing, owner.

With the popularity of food trucks on the rise, Outing said this trailer was needed to keep up with the competition, bringing his food to the customers.

"We are in the time of the millennials. They want everything. Bring [burgers] to them and fast so we are going to try to fill that void," he said.

Outing will take four of his classic made-to-order burgers on the road. On occasion, he will also sell his Ice Cream Burger.
