SAN ANTONIO -- Six Flags Fiesta Texas officially unveiled The Joker Carnival of Chaos early this month -- the world’s tallest pendulum ride.
- Reaches speeds of 75 mph
- Fun house before riders get locked in
Towering at a record-breaking 17 stories in the air, the giant disk reaches speeds up to 75 mph, as it whips back and forth higher and higher to give riders staggering views of the entire amusement park and beyond.
Before riders get locked into their seats, they will go through a maze-like fun house as the voice of The Joker taunts them and the ground under their feet shakes.
“Six Flags is recognized throughout the world for bringing new innovations and one-of-a-kind thrills to every park, every year and The Joker Carnival of Chaos adds another world-record attraction for Six Flags Fiesta Texas,” said Park President Jeffrey Siebert. “The Joker is the fastest ride in park history and is the perfect villainous twist to our already spectacular ride lineup.”
The new rides joins Superman Krypton Coaster, Wonder Woman Golden Lasso Coaster and the newly reimagined Super-Villain Swing.
