The 3-year-old girl has been found safe. The Amber Alert has been discontinued. Gabriela Kathleen Lucio, the suspect and child of the mother, is currently in police custody. She has been charged in connection to the girl's kidnapping.  

ORIGINIAL STORY:

An Amber Alert has been issued for a San Antonio 3-year-old girl who was last seen on Monday at 9:24 p.m.

San Antonio police said Zanyah Rita Lucio is believed to be in grave or immediate danger. She was wearing a pink tank top, pink pajama pants with rainbows and hearts, and did not have shoes on.

Zanyah’s description:

  • Hispanic
  • Brown hair
  • Brown eyes
  • 3 feet 4 inches tall
  • 38 poounds

A 20-year-old woman named Gabriella K. Lucio is wanted in connection to Zanyah’s abduction. According to police, Lucio entered Zanyah’s home through a window and knocked down a woman inside the home to get to the young girl.

The woman attempted to stop Lucio, but she managed to flee with the child on foot.

Suspect description:

  • Black and red hair
  • Brown eyes
  • 4 feet 11 inches tall
  • Multiple tattoos
