SAN ANTONIO – A man is being treated for a gunshot wound after he was hit in a drive-by shooting overnight on Wednesday.

At 2:47 a.m. a man in his 30s was walking on the access road of SW Loop 410 when he heard gunshots and felt a sharp pain in his leg.
Realizing that he had been shot, the man called a friend to pick him up. They stopped at a nearby hotel and called police.
The victim was transported to University Hospital in stable condition.
The gunshots reportedly came from a moving vehicle, but police did not give a description.
