SAN ANTONIO – A teen who was shot in the head by two people, and later died, has been identified.

On December 5, police were called to Vermont Street at 11:07 a.m. where they found a man lying face down in the street. Officers attempted to render aid while they waited for EMS to arrive.
A witness told investigators he saw the victim being chased by two people before hearing gunshots.
EMS transported the victim, identified as 16-year-old Christian Santos, to the hospital where he later died.
The Medical Examiner’s Office ruled that his cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head, which is considered a homicide.
