SAN ANTONIO – A man was sent to the hospital in critical condition after being shot in the head during a fight on Wednesday afternoon.

According to police, two people were chasing a man on Vermont Street. The man ran to a house when the people got into a fight.
The man being chased was shot in the head and taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Police are searching for the two suspects.
