SAN ANTONIO -- San Antonio International Airport hosted the grand opening of The Galleries at SAT on Friday evening.
- More than 50 students and professional artist work displayed
- Four exhibits throughout airport
- Tributes to Tricentennial, Fiesta, Air Force
More than 50 artists introduced their work on display at SAT in both terminals as well as the walkway from the parking garage to the airport.
The Galleries are part a new airport initiative to showcase the talent of San Antonio based artists.
The four exhibits feature the work of more than 50 student and professional artists.
The exhibits include a tribute to the city’s Tricentennial, Fiesta and the Air Force.
