SAN ANTONIO – Lou Ferrigno was sworn in as an honorary Bexar County Sheriff’s Deputy on Friday.

Sheriff Javier Salazar presented him with a special badge and gifted him with a BCSO certificate.

Ferrigno has been deputized by other sheriff’s departments in both California and Texas.

In 1977, he was originally casted as the Hulk in The Incredible Hulk and played in the role until 1981. He has appeared in other Hulk roles throughout his career.
